      Outlet chilled fluid temperature: 12℃

      Inlet cooling air temperature: 30℃

    2. Working Range:

      The temperature range of chilled fluid is from 5℃ to 35℃;

      Temperature difference between inlet and outlet chilled fluid is from 3℃ to 8℃.

      It is better to run the chiller while the ambient temperature at or below 35℃.

Air cooled water chiller use the world famous Danfoss hermetic scroll type compressor, features low noise, low vibration, low energy consumption and high efficiency.

The condenser of the air cooled chiller unit is made of aluminum fins and row column tubes to guarantee the high efficiency of heat exchanger.

Precise digital display temperature controller is provided to precisely control water temperature with variation of ±1℃.Temperature can be set in the range from 5℃ to 35℃.

Stainless steel water pump featuring wide working range, low noise, reliable performance.

Safety features, such as phase failure protection, flow switch protection, high and low pressure protection and over-heating protection. Higher reliability, low breakdown rate and perfect service system.

Redesign the route of the pipes and fix the pipes to prevent refrigerant leakage caused by vibration.

Environment-friendly refrigerant R407C, R410A, R134a, etc, which is no harm to the ozone layer.

Q:What is the difference between air cooled and water cooled chillers?
Air-cooled chiller and water-cooled chiller, the biggest difference between the two is the cooling mode is different（cooling system of the chiller itself.In the structure, their condenser is also different, respectively for shell and tube type and fin type.The water-cooled chiller must rely on the cooling tower, while the air-cooled chiller uses its own fan for cooling.
Air-cooled chiller has higher requirements for the environment,for example, ventilation, humidity, temperature should not be higher than 45°C, air acid and base value, etc.

Q:What is an industrial chiller?
Industrial chillers are classified as a refrigeration system that cools a process fluid . A chiller will use either a vapor compression or absorption cycle to cool. Chilled water has a variety of applications from space cooling to process uses.

Q:What is the difference between chiller and refrigerator?
Chillers cools liquids only and in the temperature range of 5 to 35 degree celcius. Freezer cools anything that is kept within an enclosed area upto -20 to -35 degree celcius. Refrigerator extracts heat from the same as freezer but the range is only upto 3 to 5 degree celcius.
